In the event of a claim or an incident likely to give rise to a claim, it is important that we are notified as soon as reasonably possible. Late claim notifications could prejudice your insurance cover.
Complete the "Notification" page on our website. This will alert us to the fact you are making a claim.
Details will be passed to insurers / their loss adjuster who will contact you. immediately upon receipt for their further consideration. Please refer to "Loss Adjuster FAQ's" for further information on the role of the loss adjuster.
THEFT CLAIMS
Please make sure the theft is reported to the police and have the police Crime Reference number to hand when notifying us.
ACCIDENT ON THE ROAD
What to do at the Scene of an Accident:
- Do not admit liability
- Gather Third Party's vehicle details
(Insurance Company, vehicle registration, address, phone number)
SERVICE VEHICLE INSURANCE
If your Motorsport Service / Support vehicle is insured with Highway Insurance via MORIS and has been damaged you will need to contact Highway Insurance directly as below:
