Most of the information you will need is contained within the "How it works" link and you will need to read this before signing up, but there are some important questions we have been asked regarding the Financial Services Authority (FSA) which you may like to know:
Do I / We have to be FSA registered if we are promoting insurance?
The answer is you are NOT promoting, advertising or selling insurance - you are only acting as an Appointed Introducer by displaying advertising information and introducing us to your members and customers.
Is the scheme compliant with FSA regulations?
Yes, we are only paying you for the effort based on results.
What are the "DON'T DO" rules?
-
Don't comment about the details of the insurance.
-
Don't produce any of your own marketing material about our insurance policies
-
Don't comment on any competitors insurance policies
-
Don't become involved in any transactions of insurance (at either the purchase or claims stage)
