If you are a first time user you will need to complete your details on line. These details are held within our database and allow you to purchase other products without necessarily having to re key in all your details again.

It is important that you do take care to submit your correct email address since we rely upon this to confirm your instructions and payments.

Once you have submitted all your details, you only need enter your name, password and (for additional security) your email address to access most of the insurance policies without the need to resubmit all your details.

Before you seek a formal quotation you must take time to read the “Summary Of Cover” and “Policy Wording”. This is important and if there are any questions, you must contact us.

By clicking on “Get Quote”, you will be presented with options to cover your bike with varying levels of cover and excess. This form needs to be completed on line.

It is important you read any and all explanatory notes. Once you have understood and decided on the benefits to insure click “Get Quote” at the bottom of the Application page and your premium will be displayed.

If you have second thoughts about the level of cover, wish to modify the quotation or are looking for something more suitable for your budget, simply change your requirements and resubmit the details by clicking on “Get Quote” again.

Each quotation is recorded with it’s own unique reference number.

When you have read the “Summary Of Cover” and “Policy Wording” and you are happy to proceed click “Buy now”.

The total of your insurance cost will be itemised.

Once you have confirmed your instructions to proceed you will be taken to a secure payment area.

Payment by debit card is free, but there is a 2.5% additional charge where credit cards are used.

Once your payment has been accepted, you will be able to print your insurance documentation. This will consist of the “Confirmation of Cover” and policy wording.

We do not issue any additional documentation.
