CLAIMS INSTRUCTIONS



In the event of a claim or an incident likely to give rise to a claim, it is important that we are notified as soon as reasonably possible. Late claim notifications could prejudice your insurance cover.

Step 1:
Complete the "Notification" page on our website. This will alert us to the fact you are making a claim and we will contact you within 1 working day.

Step 2:
Print off the Claim Form, complete and either fax to us on 020 7709 9669 or post to us at
MORIS, 63 Mansell Street, London, E1 8AN

This will be passed to insurers immediately upon receipt for their further consideration.

What to do at the Scene of an Accident:

  • Do not admit liability
  • Gather Third Party's vehicle details
    (Insurance Company, vehicle registration, address, phone number)
  • Contact the Claims Assist line on 0870 242 1218
    When telephoning please be ready with your policy number
You must make sure you retain any and all supporting documentation.
