Driving   Named and approved drivers only aged 21-70 subject to Underwriters approval.
Licence   All drivers must hold full UK driving licences and an RAC competition licence.
Driving Other Cars   The driving of other cars extension is excluded.
Excesses   All comprehensive and third party fire and theft policies are subject to a minimum £250 accidental damage fire and theft excess.

  This insurance does not cover damage to the insured vehicle from any cause nor theft of the vehicle unless it is kept in a proper locked garage and agreed when not in the course of a journey.
Limited Mileage   All policies are issued on a limited mileage basis.
WARNING: If you exceed the mileage limit given the cover under your policy will revert to Road Traffic Act only.
No Claims Discount   The standard scale of bonus is year one 20%, year two 30%, year three 50%, year four or more 60%.If you have not made a claim during the period of insurance immediately before a renewal your No Claim Bonus will be increased in accordance with the above scale. If a claim is notified during the period of insurance and you have earned three or four plus years discount then the discount will be reduced from three years to one or four plus years to two years at renewal. A bonus is not given on some policies.
Protected No Claims Bonus   This is available if you have earned 3 or more years no claim bonus and is subject to an additional premium. The bonus protection is retained provided there are no more than two claims that would have affected the bonus in any five consecutive years. A protected bonus is not given on some policies.
Use   The standard use is social domestic and pleasure including commuting and use between event stages. Road Traffic Act cover for road rallies will be provided but is subject to an additional premium.
Your Right of Cancellation   You are entitled to 14 days to decide whether you wish to proceed and this commences from either: (1) the day of conclusion of the contract or (2) the day on which you receive the full terms of the insurance contract detailing the full contractual terms, conditions and information of the contract, whichever is the later. A pro rata charge will be made for this period of cover.
Policy Cancellation   A cancellation will only become effective from the date the certificate is received by us. The return of the annual premium will be calculated using the following short period scale of charges.

Where a claim has occurred no refund of premium will be allowed if the policy is cancelled.
Principle Exclusions   Any excess shown on the schedule. Compensation for you not being able to use your vehicle or the cost of hiring another vehicle. Wear and tear, mechanical or electrical breakdown and failures or breakages. Repairs or replacements which improve the condition of your vehicle. Theft of the vehicle by someone who obtained it by fraud or trickery. Theft of the vehicle if the keys have been left in or near it, if the vehicle has been left unlocked or if reasonable precautions have not been taken to protect it.
Law and Language   This insurance contract is written in English and is subject to English Law. All communications about it will be conducted in English.
