What to do in the Event of an Accident, Fire or Theft

In the event of any or incident please call Highway Claims Assist line on 0870 2423300.

You will need to have your Highway policy number to hand.

Claims need to be reported within 24 hours of the incident occurring.

What to do at the Scene of an Accident:

• Do not admit liability
• Gather Third Party's vehicle details
  (Insurance Company, vehicle registration, address, phone number)
• Contact Highway Claims Assist line on 0870 2423300 within 24 hours.
